Founding Technologist + Full Stack Developer | REMOTE | Part-or-full-time | $0 + equity

Looking for a founding dev for an early wellness and spirituality project. Product focus is on video streaming, audio quality, data privacy, and global payments. A working MVP is live on web, Android, and iOS. Stack includes: Next.js/React Native, Tailwind, TypeScript, Agora RTC, and Firebase.

We're two non-YC entrepreneurs with experience in blockchain, education, hospitality, and service-based businesses. We hope to find someone who shares an interest in developing their wellness and spirituality practice. The aim is to keep the team small and development tight, as the product goals are clearly defined.

Please reach out over email if you have the capacity to learn more!

Senior Full Stack Engineer | New York, NY | Onsite | $160k-$210k + equity

Rebuilding core marketplace flows (Search -> Booking -> Post-booking) and consolidating fragmented pricing/inventory logic into a clean backend domain. Senior, Staff-leaning: you own pricing/inventory/search, ship end-to-end (UI + API + data model + rollout), mentor engineers, report to Head of Eng. Clear growth path to Staff.

Stack: Next.js/React/TypeScript/Tailwind + Ruby on Rails/Node.js + Postgres/MongoDB + AWS/Datadog + Playwright.

Need: 4+ yrs production web apps, comfortable in both Rails and React, solid on schema design/query performance.

Bonus: international expansion (Mexico/Caribbean, then Europe) and new verticals (Spa) coming this year — good time to join if you like greenfield scope.

ResortPass | Senior Software Engineer, Frontend | New York, NY | Onsite | Full-time | $160k–$180k ($210k for senior band) + Equity | Visa possible for exceptional candidates

ResortPass is rebuilding the web experience behind one of the largest hospitality marketplaces. We're rewriting ~75% of resortpass.com this year, focusing on Core Web Vitals, SEO, performance, and developer experience.

Roadmap this year is aggressive: international expansion (Mexico/Caribbean, then Europe), moving search off Algolia in-house, a new Hotel SaaS product, Spa as a new business line. AI features (concierge chat, AI booking assistant) are also landing on this frontend, so there's exposure there too.

You'll help lead large frontend initiatives, define architecture, mentor engineers, and work closely with Product and Backend teams.

Tech: React 19, Next.js 16 (App Router), TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Playwright, Datadog, Node.js, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, AWS.

Looking for engineers with 6-10 years of experience building production web applications and deep expertise in React/Next.js.

Zeitlabs | Senior Frontend Engineer | Remote (UTC+3) | Full time or Full time contract

We're hiring a senior frontend engineer to own key parts of our frontend platform - including our shared component library strategy - across a legacy React codebase and a modern Next.js (App Router) app. This is real-complexity work, not just greenfield: modernizing older code, publishing reusable component packages in a monorepo, and building RTL/LTR (Arabic + English) interfaces with next-intl. Stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind v3/v4, Radix UI, Open edX Paragon, Zustand/Jotai, TanStack Query, Vercel AI SDK + OpenAI APIs, Jest/Testing Library. Looking for: 5+ yrs frontend experience, strong async communication, proven ability to drive work to completion independently in a distributed team. Open edX/Paragon experience is a strong plus. Flexible hours, competitive pay, and you'll work alongside engineers from the global Open edX community.

3Play Media | Principal Front-End Engineer (Growth) | Boston, MA | 1-day-in-office hybrid or fully remote (USA only) | Full-time | 3playmedia.com | $200–250k + bonus + equity

3Play makes content accessible across disability and language. Our human-QA'd captioning, audio description, subtitling, and dubbing services are used by over 10,000 media, higher ed, creator, enterprise, and government customers. We’ve worked on really cool projects: recent examples including captioning the 2024 Paris Olympics and providing quality AI dubbing for high-profile YouTube creators.

I'm leading the Growth team, and we're working to build new, beautiful UI experiences on our long-loved services. Our stack is a Remix/Rails product and Astro/Sanity marketing site, both backed with modern design system foundation (what you might expect with Typescript, Tailwind, ShadCN, Tanstack, etc). I'm looking for a principal-level engineer with strong taste in front-end: someone who cares about UX and styling, takes accessibility and page weight seriously, builds strong validation / testing harnesses, and keeps a dependency tree sane instead of letting it metastasize.

The other part of this role is contributing to our agents and workflows. We've invested heavily here with the right mix of enthusiasm, guardrails, and budget. You'll have heavy influence over how it evolves: what we hand to agents vs. keep in human hands, how work gets specified and parallelized, how we keep the results beautiful, and where the security and review gates live. There’s a ton of opportunity to work with the latest AI tooling and determine best practices as the industry matures. We’re a small team happily working over 15 years with high impact, high autonomy, and low bureaucracy. Come join us! Apply at https://www.3playmedia.com/company/jobs-post/?gh_jid=7761973.... Munich, Germany | Remote (CET, overlaps US mornings) | Freelance / contract only, not seeking employment

20+ years across product, UX and frontend, now doing user-facing AI engineering.

What I do best right now: you shipped an app fast with Lovable / v0 / Cursor and it works, but it looks and behaves like the AI default. I take that codebase and make it actually usable and on-brand. Real design system in code (not a Figma file nobody maintains), consistent components, the polish and interaction layer that makes it feel like a product instead of a prototype. Done-for-you, in your repo.

I also help teams that already build with AI but get inconsistent, off-brand results, via a hands-on workshop / masterclass, so your people can produce in your own style instead of getting generic output.

Tech: React/Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, design systems / design tokens, Figma, Claude Code + agentic workflows.

Happy to start with a small paid scope so you can see the fit.
